Once again Jean-Yves Bordier extends his invitation to voyage to the heart of Brittany with the return of his seasonal Fennel Butter.

Suggested usages :

On braised endives, sautéed vegetables (zucchini, carrots, green beans), savory cocktail shortbreads, poultry, or fish baked in foil.
