2 baguettes

100g / 3 ½ oz Bordier Roscoff onion butter

5 slices prosciutto-style ham

Preparation :

Slice the baguettes in two lengthwise.

Spread the lower slice with Bordier Roscoff onion butter. Place the prosciutto ham on top.

Top with the other half of the baguette and wrap individually in cling film. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 210°C / 410°F (gas mark 7.

Remove the baguettes from the freezer, unwrap, and cut into 1.5 cm / ¾ inch slices.

Cook for 15 minutes and serve warm with cocktails, for example.
