For 1 ham-goat cheese sandwich:

2 slices white bread

1 slice ham

15g / 3 tsp Bordier Roscoff onion butter

3 or 4 round slices goat cheese (e.g. Sainte Maure de Touraine)

Preparation :

Generously butter the bread slices.
On one of the two slices add 2 slices of cheese and a slice of ham.

Top with the remaining slice of bread.

Cook each sandwich in a sandwich griller or broil in the oven for a few minutes, making sure to turn over when one side is cooked.
