For 20 mini madeleines


125g / ½ cup flour

100g / 3 ½ oz. sugar

100g / 3 ½ oz. chocolate butter

½ packet baking powder
2 large eggs



Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Soften the butter.

Cream the eggs and the sugar, then add the flour, the baking powder and the softened butter little by little.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Pour the dough into madeline molds and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C / 400°F.
