This summer, Jean-Yves Bordier will transport you to the heart of Brittany with his new seasonal creation – Fennel Butter.

On the paths to the sea swept dunes, wild fennel dances in the breeze.  Do not hesitate to gather it and imagine a new recipe while you cast your line into the sea or do your shopping for the daily catch.

This delicate butter with hints of aniseed will reveal its full fresh and salty aromas when it is heated.  Use it generously when cooking Sea Bass or Bream.
