Since Wednesday, March 16, 2016, the team at our new boutique is ready to welcome you! Our selection of cheeses, butters and French charcuteries will tempt your taste buds!!! This is part of our beautiful adventure that starts off in this market where 6 gourmet artisans have their shops.

Since 1927 within the stunning city walls in one of the oldest buildings in the center of St. Malo, Jean-Yves Bordier’s team offers to share its passion for butter and cheese with you.
Come and see the know-how necessary to pound Bordier butter from the slab to the brick with boxwood paddles. Dive into the selection of 230 cheeses aged in our cellars (also available on cocktail trays). In addition to our flagship butter products, you may also find the creamery, the dairy desserts, the gourmet foods featuring Bordier butter, the meats and charcuteries, and a selection of wines.
At the Maison du Beurre Creamery, Jean-Yves Bordier also invites you to learn about the role played by butter in history and in man’s nutrition. A timeless saga…
