Son of a cheesemonger, Jean-Yves Bordier calls himself a “cheese selector and finisher.”  He selects them from artisanal creameries and our teams place them in our cellars either directly from the producer or thanks to expert merchants, longtime friends of Jean-Yves Bordier.
